Boring Mill Operator

We are looking for a top level CNC Boring Mill Operator to set up and operate a Manual 5 bar with a built-in rotary table. Willing to train a strong operator on set-ups. Experience machining large parts and working with an overhead crane is required. Requirement include: Skilled in Blueprint reading Skilled in set-up fixturing of Horizontal Boring Mills. Heavily skilled in Manual Horizontal Boring Machine. Must be able to Set-up, do up process sheets to complete the job. Must have good knowledge of the use of X-Y-Z-W B axis machining. Experience in the use of overhead cranes with parts ranging from 1 - 20 tons. Have good communication skills willing to work well with others.
