Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent training/experience to qualify a General Supervisor under CLIA 88 regulations.

Preferred: MBA

• Work Experience

Required: Minimum six (6) years experience in a hospital laboratory with increasing responsibilities. Must have working knowledge of all clinical laboratory departments.

Preferred:

• Licensure/Certifications/Registrations

Required: Nationally recognized certification (ASCP, NCA, etc.)
