Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Per Diem Pharmacist working weekends at a specialty pharmacy setting that combines retail and long-term care services. The role involves providing pharmacy services on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring high-quality patient care in both retail and long-term care environments.

- Grand Rapids, MN
Schedule:
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately in a retail setting
- Manage and oversee medication therapies for long-term care patients
- Provide immunizations and patient counseling
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Pharmacist License
- PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
- Immunization certification and CPR certification required
- Experience in both retail pharmacy and long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
