Crew Members are responsible for performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Opening start time at 4am (or earlier in some restaurant locations)Closing 9 pm (or later in some restaurant locations)Extremely dependable, punctualAbility to multi-task with minimal supervisionStrong decision-making skillsPrepare, bake, and set up for next day's daily restaurant operationsClean, breakdown, stock, organize and prepare and maintain all stations and guest service areasResponsible for signing in and out for each shift, arrange coverage for missed shiftsFocus on 100% Guest SatisfactionKnow and adhere to all company policies and proceduresResponsible for food production, preparation and safety; guest service, store cleanliness and organizationParticipation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machinesMust be 18 years of age or olderBe positive, self-motivated with integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-taskExcellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer serviceStrong communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50lbs; Work in repetitive motions and be able to stand for extended periods of time
