Perform certain self-installs and OS upgrades Troubleshoot POS technology issues Provide the necessary resources, tools, & support as new technologies and initiatives are deployed Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and performance of equipment Ensure proper cable management Effectively communicate technology issues, outcomes, needs, and costs weekly Set up new hire accounts; reset passwords as necessary Flexible availability as some upgrades or equipment replacement must be completed during late evenings or early mornings Must be available to troubleshoot on-site or over the phone Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Weekend work may be required occasionally Prior experience not required but preferred Transportation absolutely required Previous experience as a Restaurant OTP is required Starting salary is negotiable based on experience Must be 18 to apply!
