Event Assistant

Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Assistant to help coordinate event activities, prepare promotional materials, and support on-site operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating event schedules, materials, and preparation tasks. Help arrange event spaces, promotional displays, signage, and supplies. Support event activities and provide information to attendees. Assist with distributing promotional materials and explaining featured offerings. Communicate with team members to ensure event tasks are completed on time. Monitor supplies and help keep event areas organized and presentable. Assist with event setup, on-site support, and breakdown. Gather attendee feedback and share relevant observations with the team. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills.
