Special Procedures/Unit Details: Chemotherapy administration Special Equipment: - #Tier2 Travel Compliance Submission Process: Full file due by Noon Thursday prior to start date. Insufficient documentation will result in a 2-week start date push. Orientation is held every other Monday. All required information must be included at time of submittal. Submission Details: SSN and DOB required at time of submittal. RTO must be included at time of submittal. Minimum 2 years RN experience required. WV or Compact License required; pending license accepted for submission. Candidates must have a permanent address 100 miles from the facility. Candidates between 75 100 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the same rate. Minimum 2 Manager and/or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required. Required certifications must be listed on the application at time of submittal. BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if required by the unit) must be through the American Heart Association (AHA). Previous probationary actions on a license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Former permanent employees must wait 2 years from last permanent employment date before returning as a traveler. Current Vandalia Health System employees (perm, PRN, etc.) are not eligible for travel contracts within the health system. Includes: CAMC Health Systems, Mon Health Systems, Davis Medical Center, Broaddus Hospital, Webster Memorial Hospital, Grafton City Hospital, Highland-Clarksburg Hospital, and Minnie Hamilton Health System. Charting: CERNER Modules Required: Non-billable. Average completion time: 8 hours. Completed prior to start date. Requirements vary by specialty.
