The Lead Dental Assistant position involves providing top-notch dental care to patients. Solay Dental is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Manage patient flow and ensure timely patient care.
• Conduct patient education on oral health and postoperative care.
• Ensure dental instruments and equipment are sterilized and prepared.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling.
• Mentor and train new dental assistants.
• Order and monitor dental supplies and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dental clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Dental assistant certification
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and organizational skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
• Oldsmar and New Port Richey FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
