What You’ll Do as an Assistant Restaurant Manager:

• Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts.
• Deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards are always on point.
• Help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Support hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Jump in wherever needed — leaders here lead from the front.
• Help create a fun, positive, team-first culture.
• Ensure company policies, food safety, and operational standards are followed.
