Your expertise in technical principles, practices, and theories will be crucial in developing innovative solutions while efficiently managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. The ET&P team aims to simplify the work of our 16,000 Consumer and Community Banking Engineer colleagues. Your deep technical knowledge—including hands-on experience with CI/CD, automation, and data-driven decision-making - will be vital in managing programs that foster the creation and adoption of innovative solutions to fulfill this mission. Success in this role involves understanding the purpose of ET&P's capabilities to ensure they meet customer needs and collaborating with engineer customers and their leadership to promote adoption.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive program plans (scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, timelines) to ensure on-time delivery of ET&P capabilitiesPartner with engineering and product to define requirements, success metrics/OKRs, and roadmaps aligned to business and developer outcomesIdentify and mitigate risks; proactively address roadblocks and implement contingency plans to maintain momentumDrive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations to deliver integrated outcomesEstablish and maintain program operating rhythm (intake, prioritization, dependency management, release planning, status reporting, and governance)Champion adoption of agile ways of working and continuous improvement across teamsDrive programs that deliver and improve CI/CD and release capabilities by partnering with engineering teams; define requirements, manage roadmap/dependencies, and track outcomesLeverage data-driven insights to improve adoption and productivity (e.g., active usage, DORA metrics, incident trends, lead time)Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills4+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in technical project management leading complex technology initiatives in large organizationsStrong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decisions across engineering, product, and business leadersDemonstrated ability to independently reason through system behavior, production issues, and reliability/scalability trade-offs with senior engineersProven track record managing dependencies, risks, and delivery in fast-paced, agile environmentsStrong data-driven approach: ability to define metrics/OKRs, measure impact, and drive continuous improvementTechnical fluency across modern engineering practices (CI/CD, SDLC, release engineering, observability, incident management)Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivityAbility to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectationsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience partnering with senior engineering and business leaders to drive adoption of new capabilities and demonstrate measurable outcomesExperience applying AI/automation to reduce engineering toil and improve delivery efficiency (e.g., test automation, release validation, incident triage, developer self-service)Full timePosting Date: 2026-07-07
