Role summary: The Manager leads planning, execution, and oversight of complex cross-functional programs aligned with strategic business priorities. This role is responsible for driving execution across multiple workstreams, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring teams remain aligned to deliver measurable outcomes. • Lead and deliver multiple complex programs and initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Navigate ambiguity and translate complex challenges into structured action plans and outcomes.
• Build alignment, influence decisions, and drive execution across stakeholders without direct authority.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs while making timely and practical decisions.
• Use data and insights to support decision-making and continuously improve processes and ways of working.

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience leading programs, projects, or operational workstreams in complex and fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively.
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly and operate successfully through ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with a data-oriented mindset; basic SQL and Tableau proficiency preferred to support analysis and decision-making.
