Sales Hub is growing rapidly and we’re looking for experienced and passionate product leaders to create the powerful sales software that help our customers close more deals, deepen relationships, and manage their pipelines effectively. Sales Hub eliminates friction by bringing tools and data together on one easy-to-use, powerful CRM platform. You’ll be responsible for helping HubSpot bring a native sales intelligence solution to market to help our customers identify, research, and engage their prospects. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
