This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless property management, including financial oversight, tenant relations, and operational coordination. Day-to-Day Support Sr. Property Manager with daily building operations Handle AP/AR processing, invoice coding, and tenant billing Assist with budgeting, variance reports, and financial tracking Maintain tenant/vendor communication and distribution lists Prepare reports (WIP updates, incident reports, tenant reports) Support vendor coordination (janitorial, landscaping, security) Assist in office operations (supplies, scheduling, admin support) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
