SR. UiPath RPA Developer

Position: Senior UiPath RPA Developer – Healthcare Location: United States (Remote/Hybrid) Pay Rate: $50-53/hr On W2. VISA Status: GC & USC And EAD. Experience: 5+ years in UiPath RPA, 3+ years in Healthcare (Provider side) Key Requirements We are specifically looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework) Proven experience building complex, production-grade automations Solid understanding of healthcare provider workflows : Patient registration, scheduling Clinical documentation Revenue cycle (billing, claims, denial management) Hands-on experience with Epic EHR (mandatory) Exposure to modules like Cadence, Resolute, ClinDoc, MyChart, etc. Experience with: API automation (REST/SOAP) SQL / database queries Document Understanding (DU) (preferred) Programming skills in VB.NET / C# (Python is a plus) Familiarity with FHIR / HL7 standards is a strong advantage Experience working in HIPAA-compliant environments What We’re Looking For Candidates who can design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments Experience working in multi-system integrations (Epic + external systems) Ability to mentor junior developers and follow best practices Profiles to Avoid Please do NOT share: Candidates without healthcare provider experience Candidates without any Epic exposure Junior or mid-level UiPath developers Profiles with only training/project-level experience Submission Guidelines Kindly share: Updated resume (with detailed project descriptions) Highlighted experience in UiPath + Healthcare + Epic Current location Visa/work authorization status Availability and notice period
