Scientist - Process Sciences (BH-399745-1) Location Cambridge, United States Sector Pharmaceuticals Salary $40.00 to $55.00 per hour Yoh Life Sciences is hiring for a Scientist, Process Sciences to support the development, characterization, optimization, and scale-up of oligonucleotide manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will work hands‑on in the laboratory and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and manufacturing organizations to support process development, technology transfer, and the manufacturing of oligonucleotide drug candidates. This is an onsite position based in Cambridge, MA. Position: Scientist, Process Sciences Rate: $40–$55/hr DOE Location: Cambridge, MA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Contribute to process development, optimization, and scale up of oligonucleotide manufacturing processes. Support process and product characterization of small molecules and oligonucleotide APIs. Contribute to the management and optimization of in house and contract manufacturing processes. Author and review technical protocols and development reports in support of manufacturing and process characterization activities. Author, edit, and review manufacturing documentation according to regulatory and procedural guidelines. Work closely with Analytical Development, Manufacturing, QA, QC, and CMO/CRO partners on process transfer and process optimization. Contribute to strategic technical discussions and present progress at internal and external scientific meetings. Qualifications Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience with oligonucleotide therapeutics process research and development preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in the design and development of practical processes for the manufacture of small molecules and oligonucleotides. Hands on experience in process development and analytical methods for process and product characterization. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated strong operational execution and problem solving skills. Desire to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
