We’re on the lookout for passionate Local Overnight Merchandisers to join our team and help create exceptional shopping experiences. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive on teamwork, and have a knack for making spaces shine, we want to meet you! What You’ll Do as a Local Overnight Merchandiser Your mission is to bring retail visions to life! Here’s how: Execute merchandising plans (Plan-O-Gram “POG/MOD”) with precision to meet client standards. Handle tasks like removing/installing store fixtures, adjusting shelves, and relocating products. Apply labels, price tags, and ensure the workspace is clean and organized. Collaborate with teammates and leads to hit project goals. Maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail—these are key! What We’re Looking For Experience: Big-box retail experience, store remodels, or stocking shelves? Fantastic! Skills: Comfortable reading Plan-O-Grams, solving problems, and using tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, and levels. Physical Ability: Can lift 50lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and keep up with the fast pace of retail. Safety First: Own OSHA-certified safety toe shoes and prioritize a safe work environment. Overnight Schedule: Shifts can vary between 9pm-7am Sunday - Thursday (depending on project location) A team player with a can-do attitude and contagious energy.
