IT Warehouse Associate

Overview The ITL Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day IT Logistics operations. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound inventory, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and ensuring timely fulfillment of equipment requests. This role requires strong attention to detail, a focus on quality and traceability, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business and client needs. What You’ll Do Inventory & Order Fulfillment Complete materials and equipment requests accurately and efficiently Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments for carrier pickup Receive inbound hardware and verify shipments for accuracy and quality Perform asset tagging and maintain asset tracking records Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts Restock IT cabinets and vending machines Coordinate shipments across NORAM and global locations Support new hire equipment fulfillment to meet orientation timelines Asset Management & Quality Control Deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, desk phones, and monitors Ensure safe handling and disposal of equipment (including e-waste) Perform asset tag audits and maintain accurate inventory records Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory and workspace Systems & Data Accuracy Maintain traceability and accuracy in inventory and task management systems Monitor and update task queues regularly Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and auditable Collaboration & Communication Partner daily with Inventory, Deployment, and Logistics teams Communicate effectively across teams to ensure timely execution Support cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements Safety & Operations Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Adhere to operational standards and SOPs Additional Responsibilities Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned What You Need to Succeed Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective time management in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Professional, customer-focused approach Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Experience with pallet jack or forklift is a plus (training available) Why Join Us At EOS IT Solutions, you’ll be part of a high-performing IT Logistics team supporting a global technology client.
