Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of direct care staff, including Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and Direct Support Professionals. Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of care provided, adhering to policies and best practices. Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members. Client Relations: Work closely with clients and families to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Administrative Duties: Oversee scheduling, staff evaluations, and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Social Work, etc.). Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or disability support services. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Empathy and the ability to motivate and support a diverse team. Requirements Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance. Must be at least 18 years of age.
