What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic hygiene care Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease prevention, and home care techniques Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and screenings Identify treatment opportunities and partner with dentists to support patient health goals Build trust and long-term relationships with patients and families Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all standards of care What We’re Looking For Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and patient education skills Passion for providing outstanding patient experiences Commitment to clinical excellence and teamwork What We Offer Competitive compensation Continuing education opportunities Professional growth and career development Support from one of the nation's leading dental organizations Schedule (days/hours) Monday Tuesday Wednesday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm Thursdays 7:45 am to 12:00 pm Responsibilities Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols. Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice. Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health. Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment. Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice. New graduates are welcome! Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for patient care, education and prevention. Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience. A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.
