The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of the TDP segment by connecting workforce strategy to business priorities and leading the necessary change for workforce transformation. This role involves building and running an operating system that accelerates strategic delivery, creating repeatable mechanisms for workforce planning, and connecting strategic workforce planning to the design of organizational structures and job architecture.
