Pest Control Service Professional

Responsibilities Building Relationships: create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Managing Your Service Route: oversee daily operations of the Universal Service Route, using time‑management skills to stay on track and complete tasks. Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections. Monitor termite bait systems. Problem‑solve customer accounts for current and future needs. Communicate consistently with customers to keep them informed and satisfied. Collaborate with customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals for an outstanding experience. Apply pest control products following label standards and safety guidelines. Safety First: maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company equipment or driving the vehicle, ensuring protection for yourself and customers. Physical Demands / Working Environment Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas. Use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Work in all weather conditions.
