Compensation: $50–$52 per hour (approximately $104,000–$108,160 annually based on 40 hours per week)

Schedule and Work Locations\n

The two locations are approximately 49 miles apart, with Bisbee conveniently situated between them.

Important: Working at both locations is a requirement of the position. 

Job Responsibilities\n

\n
• \n

  Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

\n
• \n

  Provide occupational therapy services to acute inpatient, outpatient, and home health patients

\n
• \n

  Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life

\n
• \n

  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

\n
• \n

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

\n
• \n

  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

\n
• \n

  Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

\n
• \n

  Follow established clinical standards, safety procedures, and professional guidelines

\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• \n

  Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

\n
• \n

  Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license required

\n
• \n

  Strong verbal and written communication skills

\n
• \n

  Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, body mechanics, and safe patient handling

\n
• \n

  Basic computer and documentation skills

\n
• \n

  CPR certification preferred

\n
