Mail Supervisory
What You'll Be Doing Day To Day:
As a Mail Supervisory, you will use your knowledge of and experience with Program Support Center to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Serving as onsite supervisor responsible for day-to-day mail operations and participating in planning and directing centralized mail services.
- Coordinating and scheduling work to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of official mail while ensuring compliance with postal regulations.
- Providing day-to-day supervision and guidance to mail operations employees, monitoring work assignments, and providing on-the-job instruction.
- Providing expert advice, assistance, and guidance to serviced programs regarding specialized mail issues and investigated reports of misrouted, mishandled, or lost mail.
