Job Summary and Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican , a physician-led, patient-centered organization, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our well-established, collegial team in beautiful Santa Cruz, California . This opportunity will be based at Dominican Hospital .

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $315-340k annually
• Productivity-based bonus potential
• Sign-on Bonus: $60,000
• Relocation Assistance: $20,000

Job Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
• California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency

Pay Range
$315,000 - $340,000 /hour
