What You'll Do

• Evaluate and develop individualized therapy plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatments accordingly, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide patient and family education and counseling.
• Support and supervise rehab aides, students, or assistants when necessary.
• Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid PT license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience working in long-term care or outpatient settings

Preferred:

• Experience with wound care and therapeutic interventions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
