ASSISTANT MANAGER

Culver's - - Responsibilities: Runs shifts effectively to ensure quality products, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness meet system standards.; Ensures guests receive quality products within five minutes for in house orders and four minutes for drive thru orders.; Prepares and reviews daily reconciliation report and runs financial reports during shifts.; Coaches team on safety best practices and ensures food safety practices are maintained.; Develops crew chief and shift leader through training and cross-training; manages inventory and quality control tasks.
