Schedule/Hours:

• 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• 8 call shifts per month

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification
• At least one year of recent CVOR nursing experience
• Experience in transplant surgeries required
• Skilled in ortho, trauma, and robotics cases (when CV cases are not available)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new surgical teams and protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality perioperative care in cardiovascular, orthopedic, trauma, and robotic surgeries
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain aseptic technique and monitor operating room safety
• Assist in transplant procedures and adapt to specialty procedures as required
• Participate in 8 call shifts per month to support surgical schedules
