Internal Medicine- NP - 1,000 Signing Bonus!

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner | Adult | Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) Out-Patient Clinic SettingLoan Repayment Eligible

We are seeking an Adult|Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected outpatient clinic. The provider would be working a 4|10s or 5|8s schedule in East Chicago, IN. The provider would manage an estimated 18-20 patients per day and provide routine primary care services to adult and geriatric. The provider would see patients with minor illnesses and injuries including; colds, flu, and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension and other ailments. The provider would enjoy a competitive compensation package ranging from $120,000-$130,000+ (depending upon experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, malpractice, 401K with matching contribution, 4 weeks PTO, 40 hours of personal time and $2,500 CME allowance as well as 1 week paid CME. Additionally, there is a loan repayment program through the NHSC ($25,000 per year paid to the providers student loansminimum of $50,000 for a two year commitment or Nursing Corp which offers up to 60% of loan debt forgiveness.

Requirements of the Position:

• Must be an Adult | Geriatric APRN
• IN Licensed
• Interested in working in an outpatient setting
• Pass a background check and credentialing
