Sr Product Owner

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. This role involves coordinating development teams with clients and business lines to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process
5 years' experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology
Experience in Scrum, sprint planning, burn down and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, retrospectives
5 years' experience as a business analyst or project manager
Experience in managing scope, estimation, project status, reporting, escalation

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Jira, Remedy, Confluence, or similar software delivery tools
Experience in translating business strategy into work programs and processes
Experience in technology solutions development appropriate to business needs and objectives
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Experience in design principles and design patterns

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Own and manage a mix of simple to complex features within development teams
Serve as a single point of contact and escalation point between the client/business area and development team
Coordinate the development of technology solutions and oversee implementation of programs, projects, or processes
Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for documentation
