Full-Charge Bookkeeper
If construction accounting is your thing, we should talk. We're looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper who can take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and help keep the financial side of a growing operation running smoothly.
This isn't a "just enter the numbers" role. You need to understand construction accounting and be comfortable managing the details.
You'll be responsible for:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting
- AP, AR and payroll
- Certified payroll
- Account reconciliations and financial tie-outs
- Construction-related financial processes
- Labor burden and workers' compensation
- Maintaining accurate financial records
We're looking for someone with:
- Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar experience
- Construction industry bookkeeping experience
- Payroll and certified payroll experience
- Strong AP/AR and reconciliation skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
$65K–$73K | Salaried | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM | Benefits
