Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and potsMaintains dish room and dish machineRestocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pansRemoves all garbageBreaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shiftKeeps dish and other storage areas clean and organizedAssists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requestedPerforms various other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMinimum of High School education preferredPrevious experience in a similar role requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESAbility to work flexible hours and shiftsAbility to multi-taskTeam playerThe hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
