The Delicate RN and LPNs will be knowledgeable of all medications, reactions, and dosage requirements. Communicate with all staff, patients, and families with excellent written and verbal skills. Consistently seek educational tools and in-services in order to broaden knowledge base of various age groups, diseases, and best practices. Provide direct patient care and report any changes in patient status to the supervising RN to ensure patient comfort and safety. Assist physicians and all healthcare professionals when caring for patient, always giving a complete and thorough report on patient status at end of shift/assignment to supervising RN. Other duties as assigned. Requirements One year of full-time clinical practice Proven Pediatric "Hands on Care" experience, i.e. Home Care & Patient Assessment Excellent communication skills Strong Customer Service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
