Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity offers both full-time and part-time options near Olathe, CO. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to support communication and language development for pediatric learners in a supportive school environment.
Key qualifications:
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license for Speech Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state of Colorado
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates with appropriate credentials
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy and consultation services to students from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and IEP goals
- Support family and staff education regarding communication strategies
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
