Account Technician II

Under the supervision of the Director of Fiscal Services or designee, perform complex accounting work involving financial and statistical record-keeping in assigned areas to include accounts payable/receivable, within clearly established accounting systems and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Clerical Specialist II

Under supervision of the Principal or Administrative Designee, perform clerical duties and general office work. Representative duties may vary per assignment. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

Account Technician II Education/Certification/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; two (2) years experience involving financial or statistical record-keeping. Desired Qualification: Course work in accounting and finance; prior school district experience in related field.

Clerical Specialist II QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; one (1) year clerical experience and knowledge of current computer applications. Desired Qualification: Experience using student database systems. There will be an assessment as part of the selection process.
