Creative Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a highly creative and entrepreneurial Creative Marketing Manager to help us turn product ideas into marketing campaigns and content that capture attention and drive organic growth. This is an early-career, hands-on startup opportunity for someone who enjoys creative experimentation, social media, storytelling, and finding new ways to make products stand out. What You’ll Do Develop creative marketing concepts for products, campaigns, and social channels Create messaging and content that clearly communicate our product’s value Develop ideas for videos, graphics, social posts, campaigns, launches, and digital experiences Identify trends and creative opportunities that can generate organic reach Turn product features and technical concepts into simple, compelling stories Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams Test different messaging, creative concepts, formats, and content strategiesAnalyze campaign and content performance to improve future marketing efforts Support product launches and go-to-market campaigns Help create landing pages, presentations, sales materials, and other marketing assets What We’re Looking For 0–4 years of professional experience Experience or strong interest in creative marketing, content marketing, social media, product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills Strong creative instincts and an understanding of online culture Ability to create marketing that is interesting, engaging, and shareable Willingness to experiment and try unconventional ideas Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, or similar tools is a plus Ability to simplify complex product concepts Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment A Great Candidate Might Have Created a campaign, social post, video, or other creative project with strong engagement Experience developing creative concepts for a product or brand Experimented with different marketing messages or content formats A portfolio of social content, videos, designs, campaigns, or other creative work Strong opinions about what makes brands and products stand out online A natural curiosity about trends, technology, and internet culture An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to execute quickly What We Value Creativity over credentials.
