The Preserve is a one-of-a-kind wildlife experience and event destination in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Home to our beloved elephants, giraffes, and more animal friends, we offer meaningful animal encounters and educational programs. Seasons at The Preserve, our indoor/outdoor event venue is a unique space for corporate and special events. Our mission is to inspire connection, conservation, and community.

We’re seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Sales Director who can elevate our visibility, deepen community ties, and drive bookings for both The Preserve, visitthepreserve.com and Seasons at The Preserve,seasonsatthepreserve.com .

Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, hospitality, tourism, and community engagement. You’ll tell the stories of our animals and mission, build lasting relationships across the Hill Country, and bring visitors and event clients through our gates.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies that increase visitation and event bookings for The Preserve animal experiences

Build relationships with corporate event planners, hotels and tourism groups for our event venue, Seasons at The Preserve

Qualifications

Experience in destination tourism, hospitality, event marketing, or partnerships

Proven success in relationship-building and community networking

A true self-starter who loves outreach and driving results
