Brooksville, FL SETTING: SNF, IP, and OP mixed settings START DATE: ASAP GUARANTEE: 35 hours ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 Weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: SNF experience required
**MUST be strong in SNF caseload and able to work independently STAFF: Total number of team members 15 and 1 Rehab Tech EMR: NetHealth / RehabOptima
- Experience with these EMRs required CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 90% Productivity but client understands caseload may vary and says average is 88%
*2 hour orientation and expectation is to hit the ground running and meet productivity SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri ADDITIONAL INFO: 120 bed facility
