Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist

RPM Living

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate in Greenwood Village, CO to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations. You will handle tours, applications, and move-ins, while promoting the property’s social presence and maintaining a high level of customer service. You will coordinate with maintenance and management to resolve issues, process applications, and close leases. A two-year degree or related experience is preferred, with weekly onsite work and competitive benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr RPM Living
