Bilingual Purchasing Specialist

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Purchasing Specialist to support sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations for a semiconductor chemical manufacturing company in North Phoenix, AZ. This role is a strong fit for someone with purchasing, supply chain, ERP, and vendor coordination experience who can support a fast-moving production environment. Position Bilingual Purchasing Specialist Location North Phoenix, AZ Type Full-Time | Direct Hire Schedule Monday–Friday | On-Site Pay Range 68k - 78k DOE Responsibilities Source and purchase raw materials, equipment, supplies, and services needed for production and company operations. Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery, compliance, and overall performance. Negotiate supplier agreements, pricing, and purchasing terms. Maintain accurate purchasing records, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and supplier documentation. Work closely with production, quality assurance, finance, and other internal departments to support timely purchasing needs. Coordinate with QA on supplier audits and vendor compliance requirements. Track supplier performance and help maintain a reliable, cost-effective supply chain. Support process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and general office administrative needs. Qualifications 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience. Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Experience with ERP systems, purchasing software, and Microsoft Excel. Strong negotiation, analytical, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Chemical manufacturing or regulated industry experience preferred. Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese required.
