We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a Monday-Friday role. Must have minimal proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a willingness and ability to learn proprietary software.. This role involves maintaining organized records, verifying data accuracy, and handling documents for the customer's operations. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and requires a 7-year background check clearance. You will be working under a supervisor and in cooperation with other departments.

 

Responsibilities

Enter textual and numerical data accurately into designated software systems

Maintain organized records and handle documents systematically

Verify data for errors and ensure completeness

Perform routine error checking and data quality audits

Organize and manage physical and digital files efficiently

Collaborate occasionally with other departments to address data-related issues

 

Preferred Qualifications

You MUST pass a 7-year background check

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data management systems

Experience with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools

Good typing speed and accuracy
