The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring products meets company and customer quality standards. This role involves inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, and identifying defects to maintain compliance with specifications and safety requirements.Key Responsibilities:Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished productsIdentify and document defects or non-conformancesEnsure compliance with company quality standards and customer specificationsConduct routine audits of production processesMaintain accurate quality records and inspection reportsCommunicate quality issues to supervisors and production teamsFollow all safety and PPE requirementsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious manufacturing or quality experience preferredBasic understanding of quality standards and inspection processesWork Environment:Manufacturing/production settingStanding, walking, and occasional lifting required
