Ideal candidates are mission-focused; flexible with their time, work locations, and have the ability to provide coverage while working within a group practice; highly energetic; creative in problem-solving approaches; quality focused; and see the provision of services to underserved populations as part of their career goals.\n

• Seeing mostly ages 55+
\n
• Must do pap smears
\n
• Must work a Saturday once a quarter, seeing ages 18+ - mostly acute care
\n

\n The organization serves the primary and behavioral health care needs of all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay and annually, provides more than 355,000 visits to 94,000 unique patients.\n

• Salary range of $249K guaranteed base, going up to $320K. Average $273-$286K seeing 20-24 patients per day.
