Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This individual will collaborate across multiple departments to create compelling marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing efforts, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and traditional channels.
• Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media platforms, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate marketing projects from concept through execution while maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support lead generation initiatives and work closely with sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
• Manage company social media platforms and develop strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Assist with website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in a corporate, agency, or related environment.
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media management, and digital advertising best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing metrics and campaign performance data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms.
• Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• B2B marketing experience.
• Experience managing content calendars and marketing automation workflows.
