Pharmacist (PRN)

Pharmacy LiaisonActs as liaison between allied health professionals and registered nurses in providing accurate and rational drug therapy to patients upon receipt of an allied health professional's order. Reviews order for dosing accuracy, drug selection, drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness. Serves as a medical team consultant by participating in multidisciplinary rounds, committees, and workgroups. Provides drug information to allied health professionals, nurses, patients, and the general public.Education Qualifications:Pharmacy required meets educational requirements established in the state of practiceGraduate of accredited Pharmacy program; eligible for Pharmacist licensure in state of practice.Experience Qualifications:Residency preferred.Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice required or eligible for license.Board Certification preferred.Scheduled Weekly Hours:0Throughout communities in Illinois and Wisconsin, 13 hospitals, numerous community-based health centers and clinics, our 13,000+ colleagues have built a culture based on our solid core values of respect, care, competence, and joy.
