Order PickerLocation: York, PA 17406 4-10s, day or evening shifts available $18-$19/hrPosition SummaryThe Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and moving customer orders within a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently to meet productivity goals while ensuring order accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and stage products according to customer orders using RF scanners, voice-picking technology, or pick lists.Operate material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks and forklifts, as required.Verify item descriptions, quantities, and packaging to ensure order accuracy.Build pallets safely and securely for shipment.Replenish inventory and maintain organized storage locations.Perform quality checks on products and report damaged or missing items.Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as assigned.Keep work areas clean and organized to support operational efficiency.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements.Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following training and certification.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
