If you want to make a difference, then Selene is the place for you!The Business Analyst is responsible for driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and process optimization. This role leads the development and implementation of process analytics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business process management methodologies. Acting as a central liaison between operations, project management, technology services, architecture, and data teams, the Business Analyst applies a blend of business acumen and analytical expertise to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control business processes (DMAIC). This position plays a critical role in managing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities:* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.* Conduct root cause analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.* Design and refine scalable business processes using data insights and best practices.* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights across the organization.* Lead and facilitate process mapping, value stream mapping, and problem-solving workshops.* Define and track KPIs aligned with operational, tactical, and strategic goals.* Integrate new analytical tools and methodologies into business processes and ensure adoption.* Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather requirements, assess risks, and implement solutions.* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.* Continuously evaluate and adjust optimization strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.* Coach and train team members on analytical tools, methodologies, and process improvement techniques. Qualifications: **Education**: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Experience:* 4–10 years of relevant experience required.* 5+ years of experience in business process analysis strongly preferred.
