Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician (FT) Shift: Morning Pay $15 Location: Prince George County Facility 3000 Lottsford Vista Road Bowie, MD Job Summary As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will support patients throughout their recovery by completing intake processes, maintaining accurate documentation, observing medication administration, coordinating activities, and providing crisis intervention. You will help create a safe, clean environment and assist with dietary needs while working under the direction of the behavioral health team. Benefits $15.00/hour Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement and career growth Essential Duties and Responsibilities Complete the intake process with new clients entering the program. Maintain accurate client documentation. Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable. Coordinate client activities. Follow treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs. Evaluate clients’ behavioral and emotional needs, providing appropriate responses, including crisis intervention. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment. Assist with clients’ dietary needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Education / Experience High School Diploma required. Behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience preferred. Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
