Scrum Master Position

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Scrum Master for their Raleigh, NC location. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices. Driving sprint execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement. Removing impediments, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with business priorities. Tracking Agile metrics and providing transparent status reporting. Partnering with stakeholders to manage backlogs and delivery expectations.

Requirements include seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 9-11 years of Agile/Scrum delivery experience to lead and support multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, and impediment resolution skills in a fast-paced environment. 9-11 years of Agile software delivery experience with significant Scrum Master experience. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and SDLC practices. Experience leading multiple Agile teams and managing competing priorities. Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Top 3 skills: Agile / Scrum Expertise, Leadership & Coaching, Facilitation & Impediment Resolution. Preferred: Scrum Master Certification (SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent), Banking & Financial Services industry experience, Years of Experience: 11.00 Years of Experience.
