Provider Recruiter

Job Summary The Provider Recruiter will work closely with the Provider Engagement team, with a focus on sourcing and managing both Physician candidates and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) candidates for approved Centralus provider job requisitions. As the first pillar of the Provider Engagement experience, this role will set the tone for a positive provider experience and future career within Centralus Health. Job Functions (5-10) Works closely with the full Provider Engagement team; as the first pillar within provider engagement, the main goal is to ensure sourcing and recruiting of provider candidates into approved Centralus job requisition Manage sourcing of new provider candidates into the system; include managing Practice Match software as well as identifying new ways to source candidates Provides regular reports to leadership team of candidates in the pipeline along with job requisitions they are connected with Research issues related to recruitment workflows and provides feedback/recommendations to management for review Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with the capability to pivot quickly and adapt to directional change Ability to maintain confidentiality when exposed to sensitive information Other duties as assigned Important Note: (*) indicates an essential function of the job as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Education / Experience Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in healthcare Equivalent Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in provider sourcing and recruitment Preferred: Knowledge in Practice Match practice management system Knowledge in JIRA project management system #J-18808-Ljbffr Arnot Health
