Customer Service Specialist

What You’ll Do Customer Service & Order Management (Primary Hybrid Role) 90-80% of the time Act as a main point of contact for customers from order intake to delivery Manage custom patch orders, artwork details, proofs, and approvals Provide updates, solve problems quickly, and ensure a top-tier customer experience Coordinate timelines across sales, production, and fulfillment Call or answer or text customers on the phone or VOIP Work from home or the warehouse (your choice) Fulfillment & Inventory Support (Secondary On-site Role) 10-20% of the time Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders during peak times Support inventory tracking, restocking, and audits Help handle returns, replacements, and re-shipments Process & Team Support Identify workflow improvements as we scale Support special projects, bulk orders, and high-priority customers What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of customer service, e-commerce, or operations experience Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar tools Bonus: Fulfillment or logistics experience Startup or small-business background Interest in military, tactical, or first-responder communities Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop experience Location & Schedule Hybrid Monday-Saturday depending on customer needs Normal business hours $18–$22/hour (based on experience) 20–40 hours per week On-the-job training 401k Join a fast-growing, veteran-owned company Be part of a small team where your work matters Help fulfill products used by military units, first responders, and elite organizations nationwide Opportunity for growth as the company continues our growth path Badass Patches is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
